SN-Ⅲ Roots blower is the third generation of Roots blower launched by our company. It adopts a more optimized leaf shape curve, incorporating the advantages of the current three large lines of Roots blowers, and uses computer simulation to adopt a more scientific and reasonable diameter to distance ratio, so that the efficiency of the blower is significantly improved. At the same time, the SN-Ⅲ Roots blower has increased the shaft diameter and adopted a compact design concept to shorten the shaft length, thus greatly improving the shaft strength and avoiding deformation.

Product Features
①The rhombus-shaped air inlet and outlet are adopted to achieve two-way cutting, which further reduces fan pulsation and makes lower noise.
② Double-row ball bearings, smoother operation and lower vibration.
③Dense set, reducing the floor space and high equipment integration.
④Adopt the compound impeller profile with higher area utilization coefficient, and arrange the profile by rotor dynamics software, the efficiency is increased by 5%.
